This Roane County property is a completely wooded tract with the exception of a 0.25 acre field at the entrance to the property. Several old ATV trails are present and will allow for good access to nearly all of the property. The roads have not been cleared in a few years so it may take a little work to get them all easily passible again. Several large oaks are present and should provide a good mast for the deer in the fall. During the inspection I found some well used trails that had fresh tracks in them. I also saw fresh droppings along the ridge tops. This property has not been hunted in a number of years prior to 2018. ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only.
